Yasmin is a medication used for birth control. Yasmin is available as a brand name drug or as a generic and comes as an oral tablet.
Yasmin is a medication that contains a combination of the active ingredients Estradiol and Drospirenone. Yasmin is used for birth control and typically comes in a 28-day pack and a 21-day pack.
Yasmin stops ovulation, thickens cervical mucus and creates an unfavorable environment in the uterus to prevent pregnancy. It is taken once daily.
Common side effects include change in appetite, weight gain, headache, upset stomach or throwing up, cramps, bloating, period changes, spotting, enlarged breasts, tender breasts, feeling tired or weak and a lowered interest in sex.

Take Ethambutol at the same time of day. Take this medication at the same time every day. If you stop taking Ethambutol before your doctor tells you to, the tuberculosis infection may not heal or can get worse.
Avoid taking any medications with aluminum within 4 hours of taking Ethambutol.
Ethambutol can cause changes in eyesight. Let your doctor know if you experience any changes in eyesight. This usually goes away when Ethambutol is stopped, however loss of eyesight has happened.
Also tell your doctor if you experience any symptoms of liver problems, like stomach pain or yellowing of the eyes and skin.
